Easy to communicate with host and that's really a clean room 😁 highly recommend for this accommodation

I didn’t like my stay at the property.

They told me that I will pay 30 usd as a damage deposit that will be refundable after I deliver the property at its state. So I payed the extra 30 usd in advance to discover later that those extra 30 usd weren’t for damage deposit, but for cleaning service and been told that I wouldn’t get them refuunded. They are thieves so pay attention.

The Apartment is very clean ,located in central location little walk to Alexandria library, city center,and beach Mr.Alaa very kind people and polite and he is clear and honest He allowed us for early checking in and late checking out up to availability, every time contact us to check that everything is ok We thank him so much about his kindness during our stay

The flat was very clean and all required items and appliances to use at home were available. I really appreciate that and would like to thank Mr. Alaa, the administrator responsible of the property, for his politeness and his supportive attitude .

Both the reception/hall and one room has a window but has no open view or a proper natural light and ventilation. Also, the sea can be seen from one room but with a limited view.

The location is excellent, close to everything, and all facilities are available

The beds were uncomfortable, and even the sitting room was uncomfortable, especially for the elderly. They find it difficult to sit. Also, there is dirt everywhere on the floors. The color of the ceramic is black, so you will not notice it easily. The carpet on the floor contains heavy dust and food remains. Even the entrance to the building always smells bad, and many people sit on the floor at the entrance to the building due to the presence of... Almost companies or offices

It way an excellent stay with all services needed. The owner is very helpful and welcoming
