الموقع ممتاز جدا و تجهيز الشقة رائع و خالص الشكر للاستاذ صلاح على تعاونه الدائم الذي لم يدخر جهدا لجعل الاقامة متميزة جدا

الشقه مكانها حلو بعيده عن زحمه اسكندريه والساحل والقريه امنه بس الشقه بعيده عن البحر لازم مشي و الالعاب المائيه مو امام الشقه لازم مشي ايضا و دخلتها بفلوس عالشخص و طلبات مطاعم مو متوفره قليل

مساحة الشاليه ممتازة و تناسب الأسر الكبيرة. الشاليه بحري و غير معرض لأشعة الشمس و ذو إطلالة رائعة علي المسبح و يري البحر بوضوح . المطبخ ممتاز و الأجهزة تعمل بكفائة عالية و أدوات الطبخ نظيفة جداً صاحب الشاليه أ.صلاح غانم شخص ودود جداً و علي خلق عال.

الأكوا بارك برسوم غالية جداً حوالي 300 جنيه للفرد دفعت 1500 جنيه للأسرة و جلسنا فيها ساعتين فقط. الشاطئ نظيف لكن مياه البحر كانت غير نظيفة

We left the resort the same day we arrived. The property is very old and worn down, and the apartment was in poor condition. The wallpaper was peeling, the furniture was rickety, and the curtains in the living area didn’t provide privacy — a covered woman would need to wear hijab indoors. The kitchen was not usable: cooking tools were rusty and dirty, the plates and bowls were unclean, and there weren’t enough utensils to prepare a proper meal. This might suit someone who doesn’t mind roughing it and isn’t concerned with cleanliness, privacy, or comfort. But for anyone expecting basic standards of hygiene or hospitality, this is not the right place. غادرنا المنتجع في نفس اليوم الذي وصلنا فيه. المكان قديم جداً ومتهالك، والشقة كانت في حالة سيئة. ورق الجدران كان يتقشر، والأثاث مهتزّ وقديم، والستائر في غرفة المعيشة لا توفّر أي خصوصية — المرأة المحجبة ستكون مضطرة لارتداء الحجاب داخل الشقة. المطبخ غير صالح للاستخدام: الأدوات كانت صدئة ومتسخة، والأطباق والأواني لم تكن نظيفة، ولم تكن هناك أدوات كافية لإعداد وجبة آمنة وصحية. قد يكون هذا المكان مناسبًا لشخص لا يمانع في “العيش على الخفيف” ولا يهتم كثيرًا بالنظافة أو الراحة، لكنه غير مناسب تمامًا لمن يتوقع الحد الأدنى من معايير النظافة أو الضيافة.

- The 3-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator. - The apartment is spacious, fully airconditioned, and could easily accommodate 6 adults and up to 4 children. - The kitchen is equipped with essential equipment such as kettle, microwave, refrigerator and new washing machine. - The apartment is provided also with a good-quality iron, TV, and bedsheets, covers, and towels. - Rigorous security measures and a well-maintained resort. - Harris Cafe is on the beach with wide selection of food variety. - A mini market is near the resort gates, and the nearest gas station is on the other side, and Oruba mall is 10 minutes' drive. - The beach and pool guards are everywhere around the beach and the pools. - There are pools for every group of buildings. - Good aqua park with 5 slides. - The host was very welcoming and helpful. - Free access to renters' sea. The allocated space is fine compared to the total sea area.

- The apartment needs some maintenance for bathroom ventilation and door handles (especially the shared bathroom, it was totally broken) but we understand that it was Eid vacation, and the maintenance team was off. - The aqua park costs EGP 300/person/day for renters. In general, it closes for some time for maintenance.

The apartment was in a beautiful compound with a swimming pool in every section, a ten minute walk within the compound to pure, white, sandy beaches, crystal turquoise water and an almost completely private beach (because it was winter time and off season, there was hardly anyone there in the compound). Sedra compound is itself very well designed, well maintained and clean, and it has lots of security on staff.

Double edged sword: because it was winter/off season, the water park was not open and the pool water was very cold. The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious, nicely laid out, with fully equipped kitchen, but the mattresses need replacing and bed covers needed to be washed before guests arrived.

This place is the perfect family getaway. It's nice, conveniently located, and just a short stroll from a beautiful beach. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable trip with loved ones. Many thanks to Mr. Salah for his exceptional hospitality!
