Stunning property fully refurbished

An absence of bed linen for sofa bed on arrival was offered to be resolved immediately, even at 10pm.

The studio was disappointing. It was described as stunning but fell short of expectations and I felt it was not value for money. There was a drain smell in the bathroom and signs of mould, the under sink unit water damaged. The bed was basic and quite uncomfortable as the mattress was thin and cheap. There was a humming noise throughout the night which seemed to come from the fridge. I fed back the issues privately and they were dismissed as never having been raised before. Location was good but I wish I’d spent my money elsewhere.

Parking is a problem

Easy access into city centre, lots of local places to eat, shops and coffee bars. I felt safe in the top floor apartment and could easily access the property. The bedroom was cosy with lamps and a desk to work at. The property was to a very good standard of cleanliness with a well equipped kitchen. Modern bathroom with plenty of toilet rolls! Couch in the kitchen with smart tv . Would absolutely return here again.

If I was being super picky the light above the shower is quite dim and a lamp in the kitchen would have made a more homely feel while watching tv. Very good cleanliness but could do with a thorough annual clean as rug a bit dirty and skirtings dusty- all appliances and general touch surfaces all super clean .

Very nice property, clean, modern lookng and equipped with everything we need. Owner was very friendly and welcoming.
