The location was good. Everything was close by. The apartment was well furnished and clean.

The refrigerator was noisy but cooling well.

The apartment was very clean and have Sequrity 24/7 all people was super nice , specially Shahd the customer service she was very nice and she did contact me every day to make sure everything is perfect 🥰thank you

The location is great and the view was lovely and near everything you want , I am really grateful for the choice and for sure I will go again in October 🥰

It is a bright and spacious apartment. Restaurants, grocery shops, Gleem Bay with a few minutes walk. The living room has a comfortable settee with a huge TV hosting Netflix. Ms Shahd from the agency is quite supportive.

The apartment is on a very busy street. This was my first visit to Alex. Up until the agency sent me a video that showed the busy street, I didn't have any idea how noisy it was. There is no piece and quite sitting on a balcony. In a video, the apartment looks perfect. In reality, the apartment needs fresh paint.It was disappointing seeing huge discrepancy.The second bedroom was filled with unpleasant steel coming from the furniture. I smelled it. They must have applied wood protection agency with a terrible smell. The apartment is overpriced. For exactly the same price, I could have booked a decent hotel with breakfast. There are similar apartments for much much lower price. I decided to go for a lux apartment and I didn't mind paying for it. But this wasn't a case.

طاقم الفندق من بداية التواصل حتى التواجد فيه والإقامة كان في قمة الإحترام والمعاملة المهذبة والحرص على راحة العائلة ناهيك عن الموقع والطلة المتميزة على البحر . موفقين دائما إن شاء الله 🌹
