"Horrendous stay in a an apartment that had a pool that wasn’t there !!"

We stayed for 8nights .on the second day I contacted floritena at 10.30 to inform her that as advertised there was no swimming pool available …it was a building site… every single morning there was builders there with Jack hammers and loud machinery. . We are two old ages pensioners going on a relaxing holiday … this far from !! We couldn’t walk to the beach due to health reasons. Our holidays was completely ruined from this appauling apartment.i dont want to go on Tripadvisor yet but I would like some reasonable answers to my complaints . This is completely unacceptable.on booking .com it shows a pool this is not the case. False advertising along with everything else .
