- Старый не ухоженный подъезд. - Нет места для парковки. - Ремонт в самой квартире делался очень давно. - Отклеенные обои, ужасная сантехника, отсутствие полноценной кровати, вам прийдется спать на раскладном диване - ТВ не работает. - В квартире пахнет жесткой химией.
