Mir ist besonders gefallen, dass die Verwaltung die Bedürfnisse und Anliegen der Kunden sehr erst nimmt und schnell darauf reagieren. Zudem sind sie leicht und ständig erreichbar. Das Wohlbefinden der Kunden wird in der Stadtvilla wirklich berücksichtigt.

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung für zwei Personen empfehlen."

Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns optimal. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich und wir bekamen zeitnah Antwort. Das Treppenhaus war noch weihnachtlich geschmückt und alles sehr ansprechend.

Zu viert konnten wir unseren Kurzurlaub gut dort verbringen. Eine (z.B. Schiebe-)Tür zwischen Schlafzimmer und dem Hauptzimmer, in dem die beiden anderen geschlafen haben, wäre sehr wünschenswert gewesen.

Die Lage war für mich perfekt, zentral gelegen, Essensmöglichkeiten, Bäckerei für Frühstück in der Nähe, Parkplätze vorhanden. Ich musste an diesem Tag nach Obersulm und das war perfekt!

Einzig hatte es im Bad kleine techn. Mängel in der Unterkunft. Toilettenpapierhalter und Handtuchhalter waren nicht richtig befestigt. Allenfalls nachkontrollieren. Ansonsten war das richtig angenehm und bequem von der Buchung bis hin zur Abgabe. Vielen Dank nochmals..
