Lovely big comfortable place. The view of the lake is amazing from the porch. Quiet and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

We liked the view and friendliness of the owners. Everything you need for self catering was available. Enough coffee, sugar and milk everyday.

It was winter and the lounge area was very cold; no heating. However, there is a wall heater and aircon in the bedroom.

The lady went an extra mile as we got lost and she sacrificed her sleep to wait on us

The Boho style the unit was decorated with. Most comfortable bed.

It was a perfect little getaway spot. There's full dstv package, everything you need for self catering, our place had a nice private braai area on a balcony with a lovely view of the river. It was awesome!

Not the greatest for fishing but still worth the shot. I think the river bank side is rocky. Got stuck reeling in a few times. Caught only small fish but im sure if you cast far enough you can catch bigger. Could use better braai facilities and more seating at the river as well. All in all 6/10 for fishing. Not the worst but not the best
