After booking, you will receive a separate booking confirmation from the property with all information about the check-in and key transfer. 20% prepayment is to be transferred immediately after booking. The remaining balance, security deposit and tourist tax must also be paid at least 14 days before arrival. In case of cancelation, the landlord will try to rent the property to someone else. If this is successful, the cancelation fee will be EUR 50. If a further rental is not successful, 80% of the total price is to be paid as a cancelation. Please note that no loud parties are allowed.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
