- Ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet am Wald - Flexibles Ein- und Auschecken (Schlüssel im Schlüsselkasten) - Öffentliches Parken an der Straße kein Problem - Einliegerwohnung, privates Ambiente - vernünftiges Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

- Ausstattung in der Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Herd usw. eigetlih gut, aber das "Zubehör etwas knapp", auch ein Geschirrhandtuch z.B. aber ich nicht gefunden
