A Internet é muito lenta!!

Location is great - central to meetings in Paulista, Faria Lima and Berrini. Room is spacious and relatively clean. Bed is comfortable. Front desk staff are friendly. Snack shop very useful. Usable gym.

Unit needs a day of repairs and touchup. Several lights are broke. Toilet seat could be replaced. Clean or paint wall smudges and chipped paint areas. Sofa could use a cleaning. With these efforts unit would present much better.

The unit is a hotel suite with a small kitchen. The location is superb in Itaim Bibi. The room was clean, comfortable bed and spacious. The lobby has a self purchase store with water, drinks, snacks and sweets. The reception is helpful especially Farias. The building has security.

It's not the owner's fault, but the apartment nearby is being reformed so there was noise all day, although I went to an office to work, I did overlap with the workers. I needed to put a towel at the bottom the the door to block dust as they were doing heavy sanding in the neighboring unit. I guess they should be done with the dirty work in the next couple of weeks.
