El apartamento es perfecto si viajas para atención el Hospital Sirio Libanes. Apartamento cómodo, muy seguro y el área de la piscina es insuperable. Excelente todo.

Tada mobilha esta velha e sem manutenção, muito mofo! As fotos não representão o estado do apartamento. Tive que sair antes do final da hospedagem pois tinha cheiro de mofo.

The beds and linen were very clean and comfortable.

The stove was rusted and didn’t work and the staff did not help us solve the problem. The water filter was very difficult to use. The soap holder in the bathroom was dirty as was the rug in the lounge.

a luz do banheiro não estava funcionando a solução do problema so poderia ser no outro dia, falei do problema a partir de 16:00 horas e fiquei quase uma hora p ser atendido. Qdo consegui falar me avisaram q so iriam resolver no outro dia nos horarios das 11:00 as 17:00, como estava em consulta medica so conseguiria voltar as 17:00 p o apto ai não resolveram porque nao podiam atender depois das 17;00. MUITO RUIM.

The location was very good, and the staff were excellent.

All appliances and furniture were very old. The wall AC did not work properly, it was more like a fan. We had to bring our own fan to help cool the place. The small refrigerator was old and the shelves were broken, put together with a tape; the freezer portion was filled with condensation, therefore there was no useful space. The hair dryer had a 20 amp plug, partially burned, and there was no wall outlet to plug it in, therefore we could not use it as well. As for the gas stove, there was no lighter nor matches to light it - we had to buy our own lighter to use the stove. We were three people, and the third person’s pillow was not provided, for the sofa-bed.
