Für mich war die Lage zum Kurzentrum entscheidend, nicht zuweit, weitgehend auf der Ebene. Die Austattung hat mich überrascht. Es war eigentlich alles vorhanden,was man in einem Aparment erwartet.

Überrascht war ich, dass das Apartment in der zweiten Etage lag, ohne Aufzug. Aber bei den Vorteilen fiel das kaum ins Gewicht.
