It is complete.. has everything for a flat

Very good location, near good restaurants, near a supermarket and a bakery that also had a very good lunch facilities, the Boston Bakery less than 400 meters from the Studio. I had walked to a very good restaurant Rascal less also than 400 meters.

There is a 20 steps stair to arrive at the Studio, due that the location is at first floor of a building without elevator, it is difficult from someone with a disability to climb the stairs. I was with a little luggage no problem, with the stairs but is something to take into account if somebody had difficulties to climb 20 steps!
