Beautiful, modern flat. 5-6 minutes' walk to town centre (restaurants, grocery shops, stores, etc.). 15 minutes' walk to train station (if you arrive with luggage at the train station, consider getting a taxi). Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen (see other comments below). Friendly and helpful owner.

Note that there is NO DISHWASHER. (We didn't read the description carefully enough; we just assumed that all modern holiday flats will have a dishwasher.) Also note that you don't have a private balcony, but only two benches at the front door (in the walkway). Also no washing machine in the apartment or building, but laundromat available in town. Note that coffee machine is not a standard Nespresso type machine; you will have to buy the special bags from the grocery store. (This owner provided us with a few bags.)
