A50 - Castelos Apartment in Portimão

La posizione è ottima per vicinanza alla spiaggia e al lungomare con tutti i servizi. La struttura è ben divisa negli spazi, cucina ben aquipaggiata, ha tutti gli accessori necessari per una casa la mare, mancava solo lo stendino.

La pulizia all'arrivo non era eccezionale, bagno e cucina accettabili. Piena di polvere e sabbia e lenzuola macchiate.

Auf dem ersten Blick ein sehr schönes stylisches Appartement in sehr gute Lage. Grosse Zimmer Gute Handtücher Poolbereich ganz nett gemacht

CHECK IN um 16 Uhr wurde NICHT eingehalten. Zimmer war noch nicht Sauber und war erst ab 17:30 Uhr ready. Keine Schlüsselbox - unkomplizierte und zu kurzfristige Kommunikation von der Agentur Küchenaustattung unter aller Sau sehr spärlich und fast schon Erbärmlich Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig im Schlafzimmer dafür im Wohnzimmer ok. Beide gleichzeitig laufen lassen ging nicht. Kein Safe und Haustüre ließ sich beim Verlassen der Wohnung nicht abschließen Parkplatz mit Schranke durch Fotos bei Booking irreführend, keine Parkplätze vorhanden und recht schwierig dort einen zu bekommen. Betten sehr hart und keine bequemen Kissen. Sehr frequentiertes Haus, draußen recht Laut aber im Haus selber ging es gut.

It didn't take us long to check in, Margarida arrived shortly after us to the apartment, she was very nice and explained quickly anything we need to know about the apartment, and gave us the keys. The apartment was located conveniently very near Praia Da Rocha and all amenities. The building was nice and quiet and the pool was clean although the sunbeds are quite dirty and broken.The apartment was mostly perfectly clean on arrival. The oven fridge microwave etc were perfectly clean. Only a couple of slightly soiled dishes that I put in the dishwasher on arrival anyway. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need such as a panini maker, coffee maker, all utensils and most importantly for a holiday a corkscrew.

About 5 minutes after checking in we realised there were no towels left for use except a hand and floor towel. We called Margarida who said her colleague would deliver some as soon as possible. We waited until the evening expecting a knock but no one ever came that week with towels, I had to go and buy my own. The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable and I didn't realise until I lifted the mattress to make the bed that all of the lats were not on the bed properly and I had to fix it. The spare pillows and quilt left had no covers on them and so we're not hygienic to use. The air conditioning in the bedroom gave up working after the first night. The bathroom has no bathroom fan or ventilation and sometimes the drains could smell bad. And lastly the sofa in the living area was very dirty with stains all over it.
