Modern flat with sea view and direct beach access

Very nice and cosy apartment, well equipped, clean, with nice sea view. Good information and nice welcome from the rental agency.

Weekends get really really loud as there is a bar right underneeth.. finishes like 5 o’clock morning.. if you are there for a party, great, with kids, not so much.

So close to the beach and amenities. The flat is so cozy and beautiful and the sea view from the terrace is great! The shower was also very good but it does run out of hot water if you shower one after another. The beds were comfortable (a bit firm but that's how I like it) although could do with more pillows. If you're a light sleeper, take the bedroom that doesn't have any windows. I stayed in this room and it was super quiet although, fairly small and had no wardrobes. My friend stayed in the other room and she had trouble sleeping due to the noise outside so it will be good to take earplugs with you.

There were some issues on arrival due to delays at the airport but managed to sort it out albeit we had to wait for a while outside the building for the owner. Be mindful that there is no reception so the key collection is arranged like this! It would be better if they could leave the keys in a key locker but maybe this is a bit risky seeing as the building is shared with other apartments. The flat came with a bottle of wine and two coffee pods and sugars but it would have made it perfect to have a few more little touches added like tea bags and more coffee and also toiletries in the shower. I was prepared and brought my own but my friend did not bring shampoo and conditioner. The sofa could be a bit more comfortable as it's fairly firm and maybe a tad small, especially if you're staying as a family.

The place was very central and genuinly very beautiful. The host was lovely with great communication and we had everything we needed . The apartments balcony is nice for the breeze to come through from the ocean and keeping the place at nice temperature.

The location was perfect, cross the road and down the steps to the beach, at the far end of the strip so easy access walking to restaurants, shops and bars. The property was clean, comfortable and in a safe block.

There wasn't anything not to like but 1 of the bedrooms doesn't have a window to the outside, we didn't have a problem but in the height of summer this room could get too hot as the Aircon is in the main living area.
