"Modern appartement dichtbij de zee."

Mooi, ruim modern appartement op de 8ste verdieping. Er is een lift aanwezig. Op wandelafstand van de zee. Het balkon met zeezicht is zeker een pluspunt. Comfortabel bed en ruime douche. Ook de keuken is voorzien van alles. Ideaal voor 2 of max. 3 volwassen personen.

Het gebouw ziet er langs de buitenkant verouderd uit. Ook de inkomhal en gang zijn aan vernieuwing toe waardoor we wat schrik hadden om het appartement binnen te gaan ;-), maar het appartement is dik in orde.
