The location is so it’s not not too bad is near Alharam it’s a large apartment for large group of people, the host quick responds

It has deep smell and need deep cleaning and the furniture it’s very used some mattresses is not very comfortable because it’s been used a lot there no kitchen equipment, dispersed parking spaces

The apartment is big and spacious

I recently stayed at this apartment during my visit to Medina, and my experience was less than satisfactory. The location proved to be a significant drawback, as the property is quite far from Masjid al Nabwi saw, taking approximately 15 minutes by taxi. Moreover, the inconvenience is compounded by the fact that the apartment is not on the main road, requiring a walk to reach main road to get a taxi– a challenging task, especially for families with children. One of the primary issues I encountered was the steep cost of 900 riyals for a single night. Given the impracticality of spending 30 minutes in transit for each prayer, the overall value for the price paid seemed questionable. Communication with the owner further complicated matters, as they struggled with English. Relying on Google Translate for every interaction proved impractical and frustrating.

Rooms were big (actually huge). So many beds. Living room sofa was too big. Clean apartment. Very nice décor. Cutlery too much. It was like home. Inside parking was available. Free wifi. Owner was excellent and Custodian Mr. Malik was very helpful. It is not so near to Haram as you need Taxi or car (20/30 Riyal to haram)

Dining chairs was partially broken (three chairs). Washrooms need a lot of repair work (bidet, hose, commode). Big TV but was not working...this upset my kids:-(

Clean

Toilets and sink were leaking. They have converted living room to bedroom claiming it is 2 bedroom apartment. Have to wait for 1 hour to get the apartment even after reaching at 4:45pm.

We booked this apartment for our second part of umrah .. on our arrival we could cook something as we were tired of eating out ( that’s one of the big reason I think people book apartments instead of hotel rooms … you can have breakfast or your own meals the you want ) but unfortunately there where no knife or chopping board or pans … we found merely 2 cups and some plates … But above all it was full full of dust in the bedrooms and kitchen … so really not clean … I have to say the guy in charge was very helpful and he did provide some of the utensils afterwards… the owner also very helpful .. but I believe should kept more clean

Electric socket in the shower area, which is very dangerous. No cold water for shower. During our all stay, we had to take extremely hot water shower because there was no cold water. Very upsetting. The WC was too close to the washbasin, so it was very inconvenient to use. The kitchen is very good size but disgusting smell all the time. Even though we sprayed air freshener many times in the day but very bad smell. The small like dead rat or animal. The haram road is closed, so it is extremely inconvenient to go to Harm Mosque. Long journey now.

Rooms are spacious. Living room & dining room spacious too.
