Apartament Carolina Parc

Apartamentul este amplasat chiar vis-a-vis de Cetate, adica te poti plimba lejer pe jos. Paturile din dormitoare sunt confortabile.

Dupa rezervarea de pe booking, am sunat sa vad daca intamplator apartamentul este gata (poate nu a stat nimeni si e curat) deoarece eram in oras si stateam cu copilul si bagajul in masina in apropiere. A zis ca verifica la firma de curatenie daca e gata si revine imediat cu un raspuns. Raspunsul nu a mai venit timp de mai bine de 2 ore, cand, dupa ora 14 am revenit eu cu un telefon. Foarte agasata de aceasta data, dna a raspuns sec ca ma pot caza oricand dupa ora 14... Ajuns la scara constat ca pe mailul de confirmare nu am codul de la locker. O sun din nou si de data asta mai deranjata, imi spune ca am pe mail. II repet ca nu am pe niciun mail aceasta informatie, nici pe booking si nici sms nu am primit. Imi spune totusi codul. Intru dar la locatie usa apartamentului era de fapt dupa o alta usa comuna cu alt apartament, deci nu la vedere. Nu am avut incotro si am sunat din nou ca nu am inteles cum vin usile..din nou iritata doamna mi-a zis ca mi-a mai explicat odata. Asa este, zic, la telefon parea simplu dar la fata locului, nu am vrut sa ma trezesc in casa altcuiva. Pana am intrat deci in apartament am avut un gust amar in urma discutiilor telefonice. In apartament, in scurt timp mi-am dat seama ca dna nu a mai trecut de ceva vreme pe acolo si a lasat doar firma de curatenie care face ce vrea. Curatenia, ce sa zic, era maturat cat de cat, probabil si spalat in zonele de trafic, dar atat. Prin baie: colacul wc-lui era praf, oglinda ciobita la colturi, usile de la dus nu mai exista (in pozele de pe site exista), painjeni cu multa mizerie adunata la ventilator, mobilierul umflat in partea inferioara de la umezeala. La bucatarie: aragazul, cuptorul erau slinoase, in special in zona de contact, exista un expresor cu capsule...dar fara capsule, urme de scursuri pe usile mobilei. Am vrut sa ma barbieresc, am avut apa calda un minut cand centrala a intrat in avarie. Am terminat cu apa rece dar am informat-o pe whatsapp. Nici scuze, nici sa trimita pe cineva sa repare.

El apartamento está muy cerca de la ciudadela y es bastante amplio y con buen precio.

Hace falta mejorar mucho en cuanto limpieza ya que deja bastante que desear, pero lo peor de todo son el portal y las zonas comunes, ya que parece que el edificio esté en ruinas.

Proximity to the Citadel, fairly clean, fairly equipped, easy check in and check out.

Nothing to actually dislike, but as a frequent visitor of Alba Iulia I think there are better options in this price range. More welcoming, more cozy😃. I chose this due to unavailability of my regular place(s) to rent.

Good location, near the citadel. Apartment with 2 bedrooms and a spacious entrance hall with a sofa bed. Comfortable beds, cleanliness okay.

Location was great , right across the old citadel.

The owner of the apt. was as rude as it can be . In the lockbox they left 2x keys, with no Nr or any clue about which key is from the apt. we booked, so normally we took both of them. 10 min later , more then 7 calls to shame us that we took both keys as the other one was from another apt. which was rented also , so we went down to put one key back . Downstairs we met the other renters, a family from Chz. Republic. As the elevator was so small and they were with kids we let them use it first and then they got stuck in between the building floors . Normally ,we announce the owner about this problem more then 2 times but she didn’t care at all, telling me, and I quote “ let them stay there” . So after like 30 min or so we manage to use a tool from our motorcycles to open the elevator door and pull those people out . Nothing more to say after this , only that this was a bad experience for us and for that family but ended well for all .
