the accommodation is excellent, spacious inside and out and very well equipped Apart from one nearby hotel with a nobody animation programme, it's a lovely quiet area, you can see the beach from the terrace and its a very short walk away. right next door is the lovely Marposa restaurant with very helpful staff. if you're onto kite surfing, the title is spot on: kite surfers paradise as the beach so close by is the kite surf station. Nice beach cafe bar there with sunloungers, beds and a pool

I requested a sunlounger, which did not appear, and as we were trying to limit luggage I asked what toiletries were provided, was told there would be some, and there weren't. Minor, but adding up to a lack of interest by the owner, who then wanted to charge us for a,late checkout after admitting that the cleaner wouldn't come in til after our flight anyway. if you're not a kite surfer, there really is nothing to do, you can swim snd sunbathe but need to keep out of the surfers way, and there are only a very few shops snd restaurants. you'd need car for a trip longer than a couple of days.

Check-in was announced to be possible at 3 PM, but was not before 4 PM 'free' internet was not working at all during the whole stay, even though I informed the host The toilet flush stopped working on the third day Cockroaches in the bathroom, I had to tamp a hole in the doorframe in order to block their way out The room is announced as 'soundproof' but it is really not

Very close to the beach

The bed was too short. Poor Wi-fi connection No window in the bedroom

Very good value for money, lots of space for kite equipment, own terrass, very close to the beach and amazing restaurant Mariposa next door, great communication with owner

The apartment is already a bit old and some things are not working great anymore. The AC can't be adjusted so it was either too hot or way too cold in the room. The shower head is spreading water in all directions.

Our host was lovely, and people in the area were helpful, kind and calm.

For the money this accommodation is perfect! The location is ideal for the resort of Tholos. I would have no hesitation on rebooking this property in future.
