Property Notes

The apartments are centrally located in the Solsiden area. The check-in process is contactless, from 15:00. Guests are required to collect their key via Sharebox located at Verftsgata 1C, 7042 Trondheim. Check out until 11:00, and keys are left on the kitchen counter. Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Departure cleaning is included for all stays. Extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. Bjørvika Apartments cannot guarantee that all apartments are located at the same address, building, or floor. Parking is available for an additional fee. The maximum height to enter the car park is 6.7 feet. The primary guest responsible for the booking should normally be 25 years of age or older. Bookings are subject to individual assessment. In certain situations, a refundable security deposit may be required based on a risk assessment (for example last-minute bookings, major events, weekend stays, or local residents).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Leiligheten var helt greit. Men det var ikke leiligheten jeg ønsket å bo i. Jeg ønsket å overnatte i et hotellrom, noe som dessverre ble kansellert på grunn av streiken. Så booking..com plasserte meg i en leilighet, siden kommunikasjonen var så treig og det var ikke noen hotellrom lenger tilgjengelig. Jeg ønsket å bo i et rom der resepsjon med nøkkelen er i samme hus, ikke hente nøkkelen fra et sted og vandre midt på natta 800m til et annet sted for å finne leiligheten. Jeg ønsket et sted med frokost, uten at jeg selv må bære ut søppel og vaske opp.... Som sagt var leilighet helt greit, hvis du ønsket å bo i en leilighet, bare kjøkkenvifta plaget meg. Den lager konstant bråk og du kan ikke slå den av. Også avløpet i dusjen var tett og vannet rant på gulvet, derfor var det kanskje litt fuktig lukt i leiligheten når du åpner døren.

"Sentralt og praktisk, men feil informasjon og dårlig service"

Sentralt, praktisk, ok standard på leiligheter.

Stor familie på tur, tre generasjoner. Ble lovet leiligheter i samme bygg og etasje når vi booket, men ble spredt over flere bygg, ulike adresser, uten at vi ble informert om dette på forhånd. Ingen betjening på stedet, liten fleksibilitet. Vi ble tilbudt kompensasjon med en kupong eller voucher, ingen prisavslag, selv om dette var et klart brudd på premissene for vår booking. Vi kommer ikke tilbake.

Appartement spacieux et confortable. Le quartier de Solsiden est légèrement excentré (il faut compter 30mn à pied de la cathédrale) mais offre l'avantage d'être proche d'un centre commercial et des restaurants. C'est un quartier rénové et récent , dynamique et très agréable pour le séjour.

Skulle ønske det var noen sofaputer evt pledd i sofaen. Litt irriterende at nøkkelboksen var så langt vekke fra leiligheten
