Apartment was wonderful, comfortable and well maintained

Very spacious apartment, 3 of us stayed there for one night, location is pretty central to most things. Communication with host was good and ease of access to the property was easy with the clear instructions given

Nothing really, was as described

I booked the apartment a few months prior to my visit. as it got close to my stay the host kept me up to date with directions and parking opportunities, we paid £15.00 to park under the apartment in a key fob controlled garage which felt very safe. There was a large car park close by Edgbaston street - £16 for 24 hours - however I felt the convenience and security of the on site was better. Location wise it couldn,t have been better for us - 2 mins walk to the Arcadian, Hippodrome, Tesco express just outside the front door, 5-10 mins maximum walk to New Street Station & Bullring. The accomodation had an ensuite with two double beds, a further double bedroom, Shower room/Toilet - reasonable size Kitchen diner.

I was not told about a £150 damage clause (Apologise if this was in the small print and i had missed it) however this is really nothing to worry about if you do not cause any damage !! as the money was back in my account on my day of departure. The lift is tired and dated and pretty grubby along with the carpet on the floor where the flat is located - However dont let that put you off there is so much to like about the flat

Great location, good communication, nice and clean. Had to pay a deposit but spoke to booking.com who confirmed this was normal. Deposit was returned swiftly after leaving the property. We had a wonderful stay, I would recommend!

Lovely modern and spacious apartment in excellent location within 5 mins walk from the Bullring and New Street station. Secure parking area was very useful. Great communication from the host and easy to collect keys on arrival.

Could do with some more shelves in the oven as there is only one but not a major problem as we were only there for 2 nights.
