It was right location for where we were

Having to climb 14 flights of stairs to get to it. As lift was out of order. There were others lifts but as it was a massive block of apartments. Was a very long walk along corridors to get to them. Then when out of lift had a very long walk to get to room. Not good for disabled people. Need binds up bedroom windows as was covered by a bed sheet 🙈

Clean and modern, had everything we needed as well as parking.

Self check in was very clear. Our host was communicative and quick to respond to any queries we had. The apartment was very neat and the location was very central. It was a great stay and if I come to Birmingham again, will definitely stay here again.

Nothing really. Water in the fridge would have been nice

The hosts are super nice!! The property is so gorgeous, we didn't expect it to be as spacious as it was, unbelievable value for money location wise as well. It is very close to shops, restaurants, and city center. The kitchen was so well stocked with utensils, we had everything we needed!

Bit noisy some nights but not really an issue.

Outside the apartment at the top of the stairs was a smell of urine. Inside the property was lovely though
