There were a lot of detailed correspondence with the owner to make sure I knew how to check in and get the key, but when it came time to get the key from the lock box, it was actually a pretty straightforward process, so maybe less is more in this case.

Key collection is a bit of a pain after a flight

The view is awesome. The location was great. It was very secure so we felt safe.

The pictures must be old. The furniture and apartment overall needs some repair. Baseboards and molds/ walls chipped. Blinds are broken and taped in place. Basically everything worked but not as the title says “alternative to a 5 star hotel”. The owner was very responsive and his instructions were very detailed. This helped set high expectations that the property would be maintained at a high level.

The owner over complicated the key collection and changed his mind about check in time and early luggage drop off. First and last Air B&B type accommodation.

Central

There was not one wardrobe, cupboard or vanity that had room for our clothes and toiletries. The aircon was already set and it was too hot on the warm days we had in Vancouver. The key pick up and drop off was horrendous. If it had been raining it would have been far worse. Two blocks away from property was very inconvenient.

The property was large, clean and had all the things we needed. Good location and parking included was very nice.

The obtaining keys was very difficult. In a new city it is hard to find 2 places and get keys. There was no where to park at the 7-11,so we had to drive around along time. An address for the parking garage would have been helpful. Also in the apartment, if you don’t want linens touched, put them in a locked cabinet.

The location was great—excellent views from ceiling to floor windows on nearly three sides from the 26th floor.

Finding the parking stall was challenging due to the sheer size of the underground parking area. Door to the elevator is not immediately apparent. Getting the key from the lockbox was a challenge. TV service was not available, and the pool had an extra charge for entry.
