Location was very good- close to the railway station. Ease of picking up key.

The beds were too small and you could feel every little movement. The apartment is located in the ground floor near a very busy street so it's very noisy.

Location and parking. Felt secure with the key entries. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tescos was close for supplies

My daughter found a babies dummy under the sofa. No coffee at the property ( just wish we knew before arriving). Also, the checking in process was a bit of a pain as we were on a tight schedule. I didn't have much signal during the day and didn't realise until I got to the property what was required. Parking video was helpful, but the bay was still quite hard to read.

I like the fact that everywhere was neat, quiet and close to the city centre.

I don't really like the tea cups, they looked old. I believe they need changing. Apart from that, no complain everything was good.

It was a little inconvenient to collect the keys and then drop them off.

Fab location for our visit. Lots of amenities near by. Nice and spacious for 3 of us. Mother and 2 daughters. Nice shower and enough space to chill out

Bed was uncomfortable but Emily was helpful and accommodating when I told her about it.
