We were concerned about the bad reviews and the low ratings of the property, but I am a frequent Birmingham visitor and I know the complex and the location, which is excellent. Close to city center and Five Ways station.. I contacted the property staff and explained my concerns about the property's cleaning. They assured me that the property would be deep cleaned before my arrival, and that the linens and towels would be changed. They kept their promise, as we arrived to a spotless property, and we enjoyed our stay for a month. It is a secred quite four building complex with a secured small garden between the buildings. The three bed room apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped.

There were some issues with the property. There was no garbage bin in the toilet, and the loveseat in the living room was broken. Additionally, the window in the master bedroom did not open. All of these issues were reported to the property staff, and they stated that the problems were under maintenance order, but that it would take some time to address them. Regardless of these issues I would recommend the property.
