We have been suspected to break a window which was already broken at our arrival. Luckily we took a picture right away when we got the key and inspect the property first thing. Maybe there should be some sort of condition report at entry available to the guests to make sure this does not happen Also Booking have charged us over 2 and half time more than the actual price of the property rental. This is totally disgusting.

Decent place, 300meters from a beach. Two bedrooms with the master bedroom and other with bunk beds for 2. The couch downstairs is big enough for one but jot very comfortable. They had all utensils, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, ironing board, stove and microwave. Each room has an air conditioner. One main bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet while the second just had a toilet and a small sink. Good place, a definite value for money. The host is very informative and communicates with what you want.

We liked the location.

- cheap furniture - bad water pressure and hot water system - bad water drainage (shower and sink upstairs) - people from other apartments walk next to our windows. Not private unless we closed the blinds. - we got there and the toilet was dirty. The dishes were all dirty. Overall, the apartment was not clean. - internet kept dropping out - we were told that the pool was heated after 4pm, but it never did. It remained dirty for most of the time. - no vacuum cleaner to self maintain the apartment whilst we were there. The broom that was there was pathetic. - parking space is awkward when all 3 apartments are in use.

Clean apartment. Nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine. Small but everything you need is there. Located close (walking distance) to Bain Boeuf Beach which is really beautiful. Bunk beds great for kids.

No convenience stores close by - car essential for families staying here who need to do grocery shopping. (Bus stop close by - so that is an option/ walk to Winners in Peryebere (1.5km). Stairs very steep and big steps - not safe for children who are very young. Apartments look onto each other - so a bit uncomfortable to use the patio if the apartment opposite you is doing the same.
