The apartment it was super clean. Beautiful decorations for holidays.It has everything you need. Great location! Everything is near by, walking distance.The owner was an extremely amazing host. Definitely, I will rent it again!

Everything perfect

This was PERFECT! Sabine Pees will make you feel right at home. As I was a solo traveler, she checked in on me frequently and was friendly and provided great information about the Baumholder area. Very easy to communicate with. If you need anything, she owns the shop below and you can stop in and ask. It was nice to have a friendly face that will wave to you as you walk by. The location is right in the middle of the town and is walking distance to local shops and restaurants. Bonus is a bakery across the street that has amazing pastries as well as sandwiches if you get there early enough. Coffee shop is around the corner also! If you don't have a car you can also walk to (2) grocery stores or catch the local bus. Remember that shops/grocery are not open on Sundays. The apartment is much better in person than the photos. Each morning you will see the beautiful landscape and the quiet little street from the front. The apartment is impeccably clean and the kitchen is stocked with the basics you would want. Bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. For Americans traveling to the area during the colder times the radiator in the bathroom doubles as a towel warmer. Of Note: Something to mention but was never an issue whatsoever; you will share a common entrance area with another tenant who resides above. All of your doors have their own keyed lock because they open to the common entrance area. The tenant was also quiet, respectful and you will most likely never see them. Fortunately for me, I did meet the tenant and was given very valuable information about the area. I will be back and because of Sabine it will be sooner than later.

I admit I am a picky traveler. I liked it all. There was nothing I did not like. I will be staying here each time I visit the area. I really enjoyed the apartment!

The owner Sabine Pees was very warm, friendly and helpful.Location was central to restaurants, grocery stores and a lovely park with a walking trail. It was possible to do our own cooking when we wanted. It was immaculately clean. Frau Pees speaks English very well.

We were there for my nephew's wedding. The property was very close to the US base and very centrally located to all the restaurants. Sabine, the owner was wonderful, she paid attention to every detail from having an extra tooth brush to a converter plug so we could charge our phones! Sabine was also kind enough to lend her iron, so we could iron our clothes for the wedding! Thank you Sabine for making our stay so comfortable!

l like the apartment so much every thing ,the location was perfect , beside there is abakery and the supermarket near the apartment ,the apartment is new the ferniture new the you have all you need , and sabina don’t let you need anything

The central location to be close to local attractions in the area. It was easy to walk to the local market for groceries. The staff made you feel welcome and able to answer questions about local attractions or restaurants close by.

The apartment was outstanding, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen had utilities to make cooking and storing food easy. The kitchen had a good amount of plates and cutlery! The bed was really comfortable too and the bathroom was clean and lovely! I definitely recommend staying here when you are in Baumholder, it is much more convenient than a hotel and makes you feel like you are at home! The location is also very central in case you want to eat out there are many shops and restaurants a short walking distance and a bakery for breakfast!
