Everything about this apartment was perfect for a mother-daughter getaway. My friend and her daughter are about to move around the globe, so we brought our daughters for one last weekend getaway before they depart. As moms, we loved the space of the apartment, the kitchen, the safe location, easy parking, having an onsite restaurant, but above all, the VIEW was incredible. Our teenagers didn’t complain about anything, which is high praise indeed. Additionally, although this apartment is private, the staff at the adjacent hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The onsite restaurant and ability to access the pool were nice benefits to this property.

Everything was easy, explained in detail and our stay was wonderful. Very convenient, breathtaking location. The proximity to a big hotel while enjoying fully equipped apartment was a great feature. We found everything we needed and more! Books, games, condiments, coffee, hiking sticks, binoculars, a very well documented guest book with lots of activities and dining options. Very thoughtful hosts!

Staying longer ;-) but that is what looking forward to returning is for!

Shampoo and shower gell is there with limited quantity. However, they have been explicitly mentioned on the apartment utilities. I had to go to the city center, 1 hour , to buy them so that i can properly take a shower.

The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with everything I needed. The view is okay and the area around is kinda quiet. Everything was good expect for the things I mentioned in the dislike.

For a couple of nights, I couldn't sleep with the window of the bedroom open because of the noise from the neighbors. The apartment is at least 20 mins far from decent grocery store. Washing machine is shared, not free and not placed in the apartment. It's in a laundry room that is not camera-protected

The room was spacious with many toys for a kid to play and the kitchen was clean. The bed in the master bedroom was big and comfy. It was good that we could use the hotel facilities. The room facilities are just like the picture, not better like the other reviews. It was all clean but dated.

This is not part of the hotel but a room that runs like airbnb. The big TV wasn't turning on and the kids toys were a bit sticky. We were planning to pay the city tax with a card but the owner only txtd after 10pm the night before that we had to pay in cash. It should have been communicated earlier so we are prepared. No paypal or any other options. On the morning of checkout, we had to run to the bank, exchange cash and pay fees for that which wasn't a good experience. Please be prepared to pay cash. Also, sometimes the owner was immediate texting back but sometimes not.

I fully agree with the other reviewers - this is an absolutely amazing, stylish apartment. The view from the balcony is stunning. The apartment is super-comfortable, clean and quiet; it exceeded our expectation. We liked everything. The kitchen is equipped with all possible appliances. There is Nespresso coffee machine and the pods are provided. The dishwasher pods are also provided in sufficient quantities. The apartment is very spacious and provides many cupboards, wardrobes and other cabinets, which is useful. Parking is just across the corridor. It was very convenient as we did not have to carry all our luggage from and to the car. It is included in the price. The host is very helpful, the communication was perfect. The apartment is in Dorint hotel and all hotel facilities are available at no extra cost. There is indoor pool, hammam and sauna next door. There is also mini-golf right next to the apartment. All the necessary equipment is provided in one of the cupboards. Beatenberg is a slightly isolated village but, still, there is a small bakery and supermarket, accessible by bus in 5 min, so one can get all one needs. There is also a funicular heading directly to the lake. Check-in and check-out is super-easy as the keys are simply left at the hotel reception. The receptionists were very nice, attentive and friendly.

All was just perfect.

The view is fantastic, the facilities at the appartment are really good , the possibility to enjoy the hotel facilities is a bonus and also the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was really good.

It was hard to find, the directions weren't quite right and we ended up late night in another hotel that matched the directions and there they said it happens all the time with the guests of this hotel.

I liked the amazing lake view everything was available even unexpected things like swing kit! and cooking oil and spices! very clean

- the exact name of the property is Dornite and not Stella -I wish if there was a small automatic washing machine inside the property (instead of being outside, shared with others & need coins) - better to use English language in addition to the local language, some notes were written on the yellow post it papers but I don't know what was written -it would be a great idea if a small water hose was available in the toilet (needed by Muslim families)
