North Harbour

Fantastic townhouse between Ulladulla and Mollymook. It's close to everything, spotlessly clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay again.

The wifi didn't work but we don't really care.

We had trouble locking the front door with the key. It would only lock by pressing the button at the back of the door first. This took much fiddling to figure out. Maybe the lock is not working properly or you need to explain this to people , thank you

The location was perfect - walking distance into town and central to other small towns for browsing, great cafes etc. Loved that the bedrooms were downstairs and the living room, kitchen, dining were upstairs. The bed was really comfortable for me personally - I usually struggle to get used to them.

I really didn't like the booking process with providing personal ID online. I don't care about encryption etc. it made me anxious. The dining chairs are not comfortable at all - metal cafe chairs. Some flyscreens were torn/damaged and needed to be replaced.

Location was fine. While we didn't really need them, it was great to have a good selection of crockery, cutlery etc, plus things like olive oil, paper towel and so on. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were okay. Some toiletries would have been appreciated.

We didn't receive a welcome email, although I did receive information on your app which I had downloaded to my phone. However, the lockbox code given to me on the app was incorrect and details of the property address could have been clearer. Fortunately we received a phone call from your local agent just before arriving at the property so were able to contact her and get the correct lockbox code. There was also a problem with the lock on the front door - we couldn't get it to actually lock, no matter what we did, but fortunately the security screen door was lockable so had to rely on that. It's usual to be supplied with a hairdryer but couldn't find one anywhere, as was also the case with an iron and ironing board.
