Penthouse Birmingham City View

The location of the property was a few minutes walk from the Bull Ring which was fantastic and the venue was only 10 minutes walk away. Fantastic location!!!! We would use the property again if we visited the area. The owner was very easy to communicate with - a lovely person!

We liked everything about the apartment. The cleanliness, the location and the fact that we could park the car safely. The instructions given by the owner were very clear. There was nothing about the apartment that we didn't like.

It was very hot when we stayed & maybe could have done with a couple of fans as apartment was very warm during the night

The host paulina was easy to deal with and gave straight forward instructions But if you upset her with you’re honest feedback she’ll sent you a rude message telling you you’re cheap and if you can’t afford it stay at home

Payed £185 for 1 night plus £150 deposit and £10 parking this is not a penthouse it’s a run down top floor apartment in a poorly maintained building filthy corridors Graffitied lifts and noisey at night as others have said as basically you’re staying in a student block and just not what you’d expect for the money I got back my deposit plus a £100 refund and was asked not to leave a review so you know this is true the apartment is getting a refurbishment in may paulina told me but that won’t change the building it’s in . It’s well overpriced Even with the refund you could get a better hotel for £85. I suppose it’s ok if there’s 4 people chipping in and you a going to that area to party and not sleep for anyone else book a decent hotel I mean a premier inn tops this place all day long

Good communication clear instructions to enter the property deposit returned straight away very helpful..would definitely book again.
