Great, central location. Comfortable and secure. Hosts were very helpful.

The photos shown are quite outdated - the apartment is quite worn… but it was clean and comfortable.

Property looking nice and clean, everything was good and smooth . Even staff member who I spoke with is very polite and helped us.

When we entered into the apartments the smell was not nice. That’s the only issue we faced . Rest everything was perfect. And also the information about late checkin was not mentioned while we booking the stay. We are getting the information after booking has been done and it’s not able to cancel aswell. If we see the clear information about late checkin fee that would be great.

"It was an ok stay, booked last minute as other accommodations let us down night before we were travelling to Birmingham!"

Good location.

Desperately needs updating , not very clean, horrid stains up the wall in the bathroom, sofa had stains all over it. Corridors were a bit creepy, it was ok but overall all feeling was uneasy didn’t feel safe. Beds were uncomfortable , mattresses thin and cheap.
