Riccardo is an excelent host, he was very welcoming and was always responsive when I had a question. The pool area is great and there is a small restaurant inside the apartment complex which cooks great and at a good price. My children had a great time and we were able to visit a couple of great neary restaurants called Pelicano and Neptunos at a 5 minute walking distance. I would stay in this apartment again if I was to return to Boca Chica.

I like everything about the facility. Just a little bit of upgrade of the inside will go a long way. The yard is very beautiful with a nice pool. The owner is very nice guy. Overall, I would go back there anytime in the future. In fact, I will recommend it to friends and family.

There's not much not to like about that place. If anything, it would be just a little maintenance of the inside.

The property looked very well kept and the 1 bedroom apt that we stayed in was nice and clean. It had a few minor issues, but the owner took care of them. The apt had everything that a regular apt has. I was able to cook my own food, was a plus. The property was lovely, they really take care of the ground and also, the area is very secure. Lots of nice restaurants just couple feet away from our condo; Ole super market is very close, you can walk or take an uber. Very safe to walk as well.

There's seems to be a language issues and some old habits issues as well. Most people on the property speaks spanish and Italian, not much of English. They seems to know each other. They didnt appear to be very approachable; therefore if you don't speak Spanish or Italian, it could be hard to feel welcome or spoken to. I speak enough spanish to get by, but the vibes were off. I'm not afraid of languages or other nations. I'm a world traveler, that's what I enjoy doing interacting but, we felt uncomfortable, and getting met with blank questionable stares, and not a word of greetings. The people's atmosphere at the property to us, was by far friendly. It was rather pretty unwelcoming, dull. The people that work there, are ok. Nothing special about any interactions, but they sometimes say, hello, which was nice enough. The owner seems nice sometimes..., but could be a hit and miss with his responses to minor issues in the apt. The food at the restaurant onsite, "looks" delicious, but did not taste good at all, so we ate out. At the pool area one day, I was approached by a woman, who told me to move to a different pool seat because, this is where her, and her husband have been coming to for the past 15 yrs. She spoke french to me...I wish I didn't understand..., I also speak french, I did unfortunately understand. After hearing that, I was shocked and baffled. I wanted to leave the property, but I didn't want to lose my money. We stayed, but spent most of our days out, by the beach, which was excellent, fun and, mind calming. The property to my observation was very stuffy, and unwelcoming.! Although, the property was very beautiful, well kept, and safe, I will not book their condos or return to that property again!

One of the BEST experiences we made in Dominican Republic and also in general!! After my friend and I traveled to Boca Chica and first got stuck in a really uncomfortable and unsafe Airbnb, we thankfully found Riccardo's Apartment at Booking.com. And suddenly our Boca Chica Trip was the most beautiful experience we could ever make in this tropical Island! Riccardo's beautifully and well equipped Apartment is located in the Las Palmeras Residence in the heart of Boca Chica. You will find everything by feet, so you will have here the most comfortable stay to reach everything and to have the best vacation and journey close to the beach which is just reachable in ten minutes by walk. Also you can reach the supermarket (about 10 per feet) easily and are able to cook your own meal in the apartment. The Apartment where we lived had two balconies, a wonderful dining/living room with a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a big bathroom. In Addition we had a small locker to keep our belonings save, a beautiful view on the balcanoy, calming vibes at the residence itself, a really cool pool with a jacuzzi and a vibing beach you already can face from the residence. Riccardo was a really nice and understanding host who made us feel 100 percent comfortable and gave us the feeling to be welcome. He helped us in every situation and was constantly reachable in any case. The residence itself has also very kind and heartwarming employees, especially the residence guards made us feel secure. All in all, my friend and I had the best stay here and can totally recommend this place as experienced travelers! You won't regret it! Best Regards and a Big Thanks for everything! Gian & Renuka

The place was wonderful! Beautiful gardens and pools, the restaurant bar by the pool was great. Very relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. Rooms were basic but we had everything we needed! felt safe and taken care of the whole time we were there
