Clean, good location, well equipped

Stairs,,, we knew about that. No problem.

Great location with plenty of space. Great facilities. 3 en-suite double bedrooms with a further w/c on the ground floor. Spotless and safe with fabulous views. Quiet when doors closed.

Needs a mirror in the top bedroom. Roof a little low on the last few steps up to the top bedroom. Not for giants up there.

Couldn’t use the terrace due to smell coming from the bins outside

central with excellent views over the marina and within easy reach of restaurants.

The stairs - our party consisted of two 79 year olds if our grandson hadn’t been with us we couldn’t have managed the stairs with the cases. We also had a pram. As it was my husband struggled with the stairs and had to have help.

One issue. A skip our smelled bad

Almost everything was lovely.

No lift. No welcome package(i.e. Basic coffee /tea /milk to help ourselves with after a long journey). Better service from your welcome staff. We were stuck for 3 hours in the apartment although we needed to go out shopping because your staff forgot to give us the fob to open the gate. She just said she's busy showing up other apartment s and that's was her priority before attending our custom. Chairs need to be replaced for wear and tear. Plastic cover is flaking and falling on the floor needing constant hoovering of the place.
