Very comfortable, nice and modern design. Calm, near the centre of the city. Parking in underground with additional storage room. Veri nice coffee nearby (7 stitu). Outdoor pizza garden nearby. We recommend to go for some wellness in the nearby hotel.

With a stroller, it's more tricky as you need to use stairs to climb.
