"Lovely location and great amenities"

Location and view were lovely, very clean and everything you could ever need. Leeann is friendly and provides some lovely things to make your stay comfortable. The use of equipment (bikes, kayaks) was great. Topsail restaurant worth booking and less than 5 min walk.

Main and third bedroom were very warm at night and no ceiling fan or aircon. Pedestal fans available for use. King bed wasn’t the comfiest (sinks at each side, ridge in centre - not uncommon) but our adult kids found queen and single comfy.

Great location Beautiful views from the large deck . Spacious rooms . Bed very comfortable, with nice en-suite . Well equipped kitchen and laundry Leann was a very helpful host , easy to communicate with .
