"perfect location for young, old, with and without kids"

we liked the location and it's proximity both to the city center and to the shopping center. both were within walking distance. the neighborhood is quiet and there are free parking spaces available around the property.

small and cozy, very quiet place but still close to everything. Banja Luka center is just couple of minutes walking away.

The place is located in new building, heating is great, and all commodities are available.
