Residence De Kaaipoort appartementen

The contact with the landlady was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made for a wonderful start to our stay. We were very impressed with how clean the apartment was, and the amenities like the fast Wi-Fi and excellent air conditioning were top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, and we especially appreciated that coffee was already provided.

There was honestly nothing to dislike about our stay. Everything was perfectly organized and exceeded our expectations in every way.

The apartment was very big: it has two big rooms, one with an on-suite bathroom, a big separate bathroom with a shower and a bath and a good size kitchen. We loved all the space that we had and the bathrooms. Dining table was by the widow and it was very bright. We came with a dog, and the forest/park vas very close for us to walk him. Parking was right in front of the house. The neighborhood is very clean and in old-Dutch style. Very nice.

In general we really enjoyed the property, but some of the pots and pans were not washed well; there was water and porridge stuck to the bottom of the pot. After discovering that, I washed every dish before using it. We probably just got the apartment after a messy person. Also, some of the remodeling work in the apartment appeared to be unfinished, but it didn't bother us too much. The size of the apartment and its comfort greatly outweighed the drawbacks.

Aardenburg ist ein wunderschön ruhiger Ort. Wir haben einen herrlichen Abendspaziergang unternommen. Von Aardenburg ist man in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto am Meer. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Großes Badezimmer, vom Essplatz Blick auf die Kirche.

Wenn man etwas Kochen will, fehlen einige wenige Küchenutensilien, aber in Aardenburg kann man gut Essen gehen.

Area very nice

Apartment very tired dirty walls, skirting boards . Not adequate kitchen. No instructions or information, no help or advice to apartment or area.. often no parking available. (May). Tap broken. Duvet covers very grubby and duvets.noisy on stairs. . I wouldn't use again. Price was over €100 per night. Not worth this price. No work area in kitchen to prepare even a sandwich.

Super nice and easy communication with the host, who was really friendly. super comfy and nice bedroom. the kitchen is quite dark and rather small, but everything there we needed. super big and modern bathroom

the bathroom smelled really, really bad (looked clean, but I think the drain smelled pretty bad) and also the aeration didn't change that. after leaving the door open the hallway was also stinking. the staircase is pretty steep - which wasn't a problem for us but could be a problem for older or insecure people, also the handrail next to the stairs is broken / unfirm / moving a lot.
