Staff answered questions quickly on booking.com and good location

Very difficult to find, parking not marked, maps not clear, very stressful. Information provided on arrival then showed how we should be staying longer, but it's too late to change, making it just a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Also two flights of stairs, not explained on the app and difficult for my elderly mother. I can't recommend it

honestly, I didn't expect such cleaness, because of, from my AirB experience point of view. but the room which we staied was extraordinary cleaned up. Especially for kitchen and bathroom. equipmentes in the room seems old such as for 20years or more. but such cleaness made me happy to stay. I have never seen this quality before. also, owner was so kind they gave us several example plan for sightseen. all of explanation such as how to use equipments in a room, evacuatuon process in case of emergency, tourist guide were written in English. also you can enjoy tatami room and futon on that if you interested in.

you need to find a loundry around the hotel. but there is. and it's close.

"Perfect place to stay! Highly recommend in Takamatsu"

The place was really clean, and had everything that we could need all laid out for us when we arrived. The owners are the most wonderful people you'll ever meet, a kind older couple who live across the street from the building and speak perfect English. We often chatted and they let us use the bikes as often as we wanted. They will happily answer any question and sent us information in advance about how to access the hotel from Takamatsu station.. The room is really lovely, with a cool tatami room and kitchen, and traditional futon beds. The location is really peaceful and easy to access public transport. Just bear in mind that there is no lift, but the building is only 3 floors so it's only minimal stairs. All in all, I highly recommend this place, you will absolutely not regret it!

I enjoyed everything, no issues at all.
