The apartment had a serious problem with the shower. Water pressure was extremely low and the water was not hot enough to properly shower. Despite reporting the issue immediately and spending a lot of time following the host's instructions, the problem was never resolved during our stay. The host acknowledged the issue and agreed that compensation was appropriate. However, the refund process dragged on for almost a month. First, he asked whether 14€ should be deducted for a soap dispenser accidentally broken by a child. Later, after requesting my PayPal details, he sent me the following message: "As soon as we receive your review, will transfer your funds right away." In other words, the promised refund was made conditional on leaving a review. I find this highly unprofessional and inappropriate. Reviews should reflect guests' genuine experiences, not be exchanged for compensation. A functioning shower is a basic requirement in any accommodation. Unfortunately, both the accommodation issue itself and the way it was handled afterward left us with a very negative impression.

El apartamento es muy comodo con dos habitaciones y dos baños y un gran comedor, esta en una zona tranquila pero a 20min andando den centro, el dueño muy antento a nuestras necesidades y rapido nos las resolvio, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en la cuidad, 100% recomendable

No os asusteis por la fachada una vez entras no tiene nada que ver el apartamento

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. The apartment is very close to the bus station, and the city center is within walking distance. It is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this apartment!
