Lovely 2-bedroom apartment in centre of Bratislava

We loved our stay in the apartment, our host Roman made check-in and checkout hassle free and suggested places to visit and eat near the apartment which were great. The apartment was super clean and had all the necessities you could require, and it was only a leisurely 20 mins walk to the old town passing plenty of bars , restaurants and places of interest.. practically impossible to find any negatives but if pushed to mention one it would be the outside of the building looked tired, however we were informed this is soon to be rectified and with the addition of a new lift We only stayed 3 days in Bratislava which included a days trip to Vienna and our only regret is that we don't stay longer. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to family or friends or anybody considering visiting Bratislava.

The building from outside is in very poor condition I arrived late at night and I was very skeptical in going in - from the outside it looks deserted and that it could fall any minute - there are actually small pieces falling here and then as we can see in the 2nd pic I think the owner should put some pictures of the exterior. He did write me that the building g will be renovated and that helped a little in convincing myself that was it but that state I could not imagine. It was in a much better state by the way internally and even better in the apartment The big bathroom smelled a bit bad like if it was not properly cleaned. All in all I would stay again in this apartment if in Bratislava again but there needs to be more transparency on the exterior.

No escalator

Central location, apartment fully equipped, warm inside. The check-in/check-out process was easy. A good experience overall.

The exterior of the building and the staircase are in advanced state of decay, in contrast with the interior of the apartment, which is renovated and fully equipped. One can find everything you need for a short stay. The shower cabin is leaking and we found it hard to take showers without making puddles in the bathroom.
