CASA VERDE Apartment

Beautiful and cozy apartment! Great location-quiet place close to the city center. The owners of the apartment were amazing, they were always on call and responded quickly if needed. Comfortable beds, cleanliness throughout the apartment, the kitchen had coffee, tea, sugar and dishwasher capsules (a very nice bonus).

Newly refurbished, close to transport and convenient to city, quiet, owners easy to contact, good price, roomy enough, washing machine, kitchen facilities ok, strong wifi. Would probably give it a 9 if it was one bedroom or we were a family with small kids, not really suitable as 2 "bedrooms" for multiple adults as advertised.

Second "bedroom" is actually a bed in the open-space entryway by the front door and next to the bathroom and kitchen/dining with no dividing door, so it was not private and person sleeping there was disturbed by anyone getting up in the night to go to the toilet or wanting to get up early and have breakfast or stay up late to watch tv etc. Also, there are no power points in second bed area. Shower is a sit-down shower-in-bath with hand-held hose and no shower screen, no handrails, possible safety hazard getting in and out.

We made the booking while travelling and on the arriving hours we choose 23-00,and the payment was made and when we arrive at 00 c clock no one was answering the phone so we had to spend the night out .After this i saw they had send an email to us that the arriving time was until 22 o clock . Why it was not as an option on arriving hours, if there was until 22 i would have pick up another hotel. thanks

Facilities very clean, spacious apartment in a good location. Hosts were easy to deal with.

Shower head fitting was leaking so had to try and prevent that leaking onto floor.
