1 room Apartment with balcony, Dolezalova street

Good value for money, quiet place, parking available. Communication with owner great. Enjoyed.

Great location, quite close and easy to get to the bus station, train station and airport. The city center can be reached by trolleybus in about 15 minutes. There are large supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, good WI-Fi.

Only a couple of small flaws, such as the plug from the TV tuner did not fit tightly into the socket and sometimes fell out.

Breakfast was NOT included. Location is great with many public transport lines within 2 or 3 minutes walk.

The property is very nice and in a good location; the host was great and VERY helpful and prompt, but I must say, as wonderful as the host and the property are, there were a couple of things missing: 1- most importantly was the missing shower curtain and curtain rod. It made it VERY difficult/cumbersome to take a shower and made it take much much longer to do while struggling to wash my hair and lather my body WITH ONE HAND, while holding the shower head with the other hand, as well as getting the bathroom floor so wet! 2- it would very nice/helpful to provide a few coat hangers. I took a few dress shirts with me, but found no coat hangers to hang those shirts and had to lay them flat on a shelf in the wardrobe.

Location

The location was fantastic, really well connected with the city center or the main station or the airport with public transport. The fourth floor apartment offered a nice view of the city. It was nice to have a washing machine and a microwave available.

The place wasn’t very clean and there were a lot of broken things, bathroom included. Access with bags to the fourth floor, even with the elevator, wasn’t very comfortable, it would have been nice to know in advance that it was fourth floor and had to walk two long corridors to get there. Also, would have wanted to know that it’s self check-in with keybox and all. You need to pay the tourist tax via bank transfer but no one warned us about it. It said cash online.

Excellent location, easy and free parking, enough space and natural light in the apartment

Could be cleaner and some things are not in good condition (eg. blinds on a window did not work, the lamp in the kitchen was weak)
