You cannot pay for your stay at reception. If you don't pay in advance, you will either need to arrange an international bank transfer or travel to a separate location in the city to pay.

Nice clean studio appartment, good internet, smart TV with basic programmes, Youtube... Good location, good restaurant/pizzeria downstairs and also grocery shop open till 8 pm.

First despite I contected reception in advance, I got instruction how to collect keys only after maybe 3 phone calls when I was already at the place. This should be done automatically so client does not have to call and wait. Also very poor instruction about check-in, parking. Where exactly to go, where is parking space, which elevator to use... It would be great to send some pictures before check-in. I did not sleep well because big windows are east facing and some proper sunshades are missing, so lot of light already from 5am in the summer. Regarding equipment, tea spoons were missing (or maybe I just did not find them), some paper kitchen towels would be nice as well. During my stay outside temperature was ca. 23°C and it was already a bit warm inside, I cannot imagine how it would be in the supper without AC.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with very comfortable beds.

Shower was a handheld unit in the bath, so not great for that. It would have been an improvement to have a few toiletries. All the bathroom had was a soap dispenser that seemed to be empty.

The room is cozy and clean; good bed, very nice view. Contains all needed equipment for comfortable living: kitchen, refrigerator, bath, washing machine, hair dryer etc., good wifi. Location is little bit far from center but the district is good itself, easy to get everywhere by bus in 10 minutes. Check in process is also smooth and friendly👍

I'd refresh cutlery and knives especially, also flavor (possibly after cleaning) is specific to me

it wasn't clean at all, you should hire a good cleaner, Apaprtment could be a reaaly good one if it was cleaned
