"A good price and a good location are irrelevant if the toilet doesn't work."

+ good location + good price + uncomplicated check-in

- Toilet drain permanently blocked: It was not possible to go to the toilet normally without the drain becoming blocked. Even if you just flushed (without toilet paper, just water) it took a very, very long time for the water to drain. Due to a large warning sign above the toilet that you are not allowed to throw anything into the toilet except toilet paper (which we realised anyway and we never do) and that a repair would cost 1000 EUR, we were VERY careful with this special toilet and used EXTRA little toilet paper, but it didn't help. The toilet was permanently blocked. The communication with the owner did not go well and we were accused of throwing something other than toilet paper into the toilet (which is not true at all and also outrageous). An apartment where you can't use the toilet is not acceptable. - towels were not clean - batteries in TV remote were demaged and old and ran out - strange smell when first entering the appartment (we guess it was from the cleaning products...?) - no dish washer tabs
