VIP Apartment in Old Town with free parking

The apartment is in a good central location in the Old Town.

This was one of the most poorly organised and uncooperative hosting experiences I’ve had. There was zero upfront information about parking access or any warnings about the extremely tight entrance. The narrowest point of the hallway you have to drive through to reach the inner yard is only 2.4 metres wide — completely unsuitable for normal cars and not mentioned anywhere in the listing or initial communication. I tried calling the host two days before arrival but he never answered. He later texted that he doesn’t do calls and only communicates via text. The check-in instructions arrived very late and contained no details about parking access or special care required. Upon arrival there was no coffee in the apartment at all. When I politely asked about it and later requested a small compensation or late checkout, the host rudely dismissed me saying he won’t refund anything. The check-in message also contained an aggressive warning about a €200 smoking fine, claiming he had just painted the flat — which was clearly not true as he shared the same message with previous guests continuously. Overall the host’s communication was unhelpful, rude, and misleading from start to finish.

Posizione più che ottima. A Tre minuti dalla Porta di San Michele, oppure in un quarto d'ora si arriva direttamente al Castello di Bratislava. Il parcheggio nel cortile condominiale è comodo, bisogna solo fare attenzione all'ingresso un po' stretto. L'appartamento è una Mansarda quindi ci sono due rampe di scale da fare; molto luminosa e con riscaldamento a pavimento la temperatura era perfetta. La cucina è ben fornita, con bollitore e addirittura forno ( che però non ho provato).

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, il piano a induzione era veramente debole quindi per bollire e cucinare ci si mette un po' di tempo. Forse un microonde svolterebbe sicuramente. La vasca da bagno risulta nella parte dello spiovente del tetto quindi bisogna lavarsi da seduti, da mettere in considerazione se uno si vuole fare una doccia rapida.
