"We pretty much only used the cottage as somewhere to sleep as we were at the wedding events most of the rest of the time"

Convenient for wedding we were attending - well, at least it would have been were it not for the floods, but that was beyond the control of anyone! Hosts were very easy to contact, cheerful and helpful. Welcome milk, bread, T&C, etc.. Excellent WiFi. Apartment was warm.

Internal layout is not well thought out. It’s an unusual shaped building, necessitating some creativity, but little thought seems to have gone in to positioning of furniture, decor, etc.. Various nearby security lights kept going on and off in the night and the blinds did little to limit them. Windows had low quality attempts at double glazing. Second bedroom was musty. Bathroom skylight filthy and fan is very noisy.

The location was superb, the land was stunning. Ann and Dermot are fantastic host. We will definitely recommend The Cottage and visit again! Please please please add a hot tub ❤️
