Apartment Tina - Old Town, AC, Free Private Parking

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. Brilliant location. Car parking space is ideal. Loved the little balcony too. Mostly well equipped with kitchenware. Despite the negative points listed below, I would return to this apartment as I understand things sometimes happen and mistakes are made, but it's only fair to share an honest review.

The apartment hadn't been cleaned / made up on our arrival, however, when we contacted the host he was there with a cleaner within 5 minutes and was apologetic, obviously not the greatest start though after a long day travelling. The washing up liquid and coffee wasn't replenished from previous guests, we had to go buy some. Most importantly it's a very big step down from the bath / shower, with no grab rails to hold onto and it's very slippery. I wouldn't recommend this apartment for someone with mobility problems.

Perfect location

Great location, close to old town with secure parking, grocery store next door, cafe close by, washing machine, balcony, spacious, informative but hands-off hosts. Please note the parking is actually below the apartment despite being accessed up the road, so you can unload after parking easily (we decamped on the side of the road and struggled up whilst the driver parked!)

Complicated key system - magnetic fob needed for entering building and leaving garage so strategy was needed to be able to do both. And then the garage key needed to be left in the apartment but used to exit the garage - which meant parking up down the road and running back up to the 3rd floor after leaving the garage. All doable but might be complicated if travelling alone.

I had a wonderful stay in Bratislava! The apartment was in a great location, very close to the castle and the historic center. A pleasant surprise was discovering the cafe with cats downstairs, adding a charming touch to the place. The parking space in the basement with elevator access was convenient. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable living space. The communication with the administration was excellent, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend choosing this option for accommodation. It also serves as a great overnight stop on the way to Croatia. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
