Brand new apartment. Parking spot included!

We liked that we had a good parking space, directly in front of the building, even though it was marked as handicaped parking. Location of the flat was very ok for us, not too far from anything we needed.

The building was newer and also the furniture inside was modern but they have seen some better days. The apartment was not as clean as we would have hoped but it was not dirty.

Having a reserved parking spot is very good - as the area has paid street parking. The building is very quiet. The price was fairly low. Even after turning down the heat the apartment was very warm. Overall we found everything matching the description.

Currently there are ongoing construction works around the building - the dust was somewhat disturbing - though this is not the fault of the owner, but the windows are well sound proofed. The dining table is a bit worn, and the number of plates do not match the number of beds.

Really comfortable place in the centre of Bratislava, ideally located, just what you need if you're here on business.

Ever so slightly tricky to find, but I've had far, far worse experiences.
